May I ask which payment will your company accept?
Under normal circumstances, we use 30% T/T as a deposit and 70% of the payment is made by T/T or irrevocable letter of credit at sight before delivery.
6. In terms of after-sales service, how to promptly solve problems that arise for overseas customers?
Our machine warranty usually lasts for 12 months after successful commissioning at the customer's factory, or up to 18 months after the bill of lading date. During this period, if any problems arise and small parts need to be replaced, we will arrange international express delivery within 18 hours to ensure prompt delivery of the replacement parts. We have our international service team that will travel around the world to serve our clients. If needed, we will contact you to find the nearest service personnel.
